Jobsgopublic launch Chapter Education – helping schools turn the page on ineffective recruitment

Jobsgopublic are delighted to announce the launch of our brand-new education arm, Chapter Education.

Chapter was born out of a long-standing desire to do everything we can to help schools tackle the challenges they face in their recruitment. Combining nearly two decades of recruitment experience with education HR expertise, Chapter are perfectly placed to transform the way that schools, academies, trusts and authorities attract and recruit new talent.

Chapter offer a significant range of digital solutions specifically designed to directly meet their clients’ needs. Understanding that no two schools are the same, these solutions can be used in any combination in order to match each unique case. Operating very much as a partnership, the team at Chapter are committed to taking the time to understand a school’s individual situation before recommending the suitable approach. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all operation, rather a one-stop-shop for any recruitment need.

“Speaking to schools, academies and trusts across the UK, they all say the same thing – the methods they’ve been using for years simply don’t work anymore. We really wanted to create something that would provide significant and sustainable solutions for the ongoing challenges in school recruitment” says Adele D’Silva, Chapter’s Head of Education Partnerships. “We’re incredibly excited about the launch of Chapter – it continues the significant work already achieved by Jobsgopublic and continues the exciting journey that we’ve started”.

Miles Skelton – Jobsgopublic Managing Director had this to say “Jobsgopublic have always been firmly committed to serving the education sector, continuously innovating and developing our offer to suit the market. We’re incredibly proud to be taking that to the next level with the launch of Chapter and excited to see what the team will undoubtedly achieve.”
