English Partnerships has been rewarded for its work in helping to provide affordable housing, it has emerged.

Changes made in planning rules for a number of boroughs
Planning rules have been made simpler in the three boroughs along the Fylde coast with a unified and comprehensive set of guidelines introduced to help process planning applications in the boroughs of Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre.
